Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate Low: 21 | Pay Rate High: 22

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join a growing Supply Chain team supporting the manufacturing of life-saving medical devices. This role is responsible for receiving, processing, storing, and distributing raw materials and finished goods while ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with GMP and quality standards.


Location: Santa Rosa, CA (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8-Hour Shifts (Overtime Available)

Pay: $21.00-$22.00/hour

Duration: 6-Month Contract with Potential for Conversion


Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments of raw materials and supplies.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Process inventory transactions using a Warehouse Management System (WMS/QAD).
• Transfer materials to Receiving Inspection and stock inventory after release.
• Pick, kit, and stage materials to support manufacturing work orders.
• Prepare domestic and international shipments, including shipping documentation.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, freight carriers, and other logistics providers.
• Retrieve finished goods to fulfill customer and distribution orders.
• Work closely with Quality, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of warehouse, distribution, or stockroom experience.
• Experience working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory management software (QAD, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Experience preparing domestic and/or international shipments.
• Familiarity working with common carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight companies.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and organize warehouse materials.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
