Qualifications and Experience:

• Speech Language Pathologist credentials and license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of child development and communication disorders
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to middle school students, individually and in small groups
• Conduct assessments, design and implement IEPs, and document progress
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Provide consultation and intervention strategies in both classroom and pull-out settings
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance requirements
