Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines
- Apply critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making
- Administer medications, monitor responses, and manage changes in patient conditions
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to support safe, patient-centered care

Requirements
- Ability to work nights, 12-hour shifts
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with patients, families, and healthcare teammates
- Comfort working in a fast-paced inpatient med-surg setting
- Willingness to travel for a 13-week assignment to Willits, CA
- Proficiency with charting and electronic medical records
