Key Responsibilities Represent employers in employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination suits. Handle wage and hour litigation, including class actions and PAGA claims. Provide employment counseling on policies, discipline, termination, and wage/hour compliance. Draft and review employment manuals and internal policies. Key Qualifications J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials. Admission to the California Bar. 1-4 years of employment litigation and counseling experience. Strong writing, communication, and client management skills.
