Senior Recruiter (Temporary)

This role is within our Talent Acquisition team leading our recruitment activities for our retail sales associate roles. Be an ambassador for the LEGO Group while connecting internal and external talents to career opportunities. This is a temporary position with a duration of approximately 7 months based on business needs. Core Responsibilities Manage a LEGO Group signature end-to-end recruitment process for professional roles, including contact with hiring leaders, sourcing, screening, selection, offer proposal, candidate follow‑up and onboarding. Partner closely with the recruitment support team to plan and implement a flawless recruitment process through clear communication and accountabilities. Foster a positive candidate experience by setting clear expectations in process, timelines and by giving timely feedback. Act on survey results to improve hiring experiences. Create job advertising and postings, analysing market trends that impact labour supply & demand, and ensure language is bias‑free. Use metrics to track and communicate recruitment progress and success, and to measure return on investment on activities. Understand the talent market landscape as it relates to our industry, geographic location and job market availability, and use this data to deploy relevant sourcing strategies. Work with hiring leaders to define and deploy a recruiting strategy to identify the best channels to source candidates and to increase diverse representation of candidate slates. Create talent pipelines, LinkedIn projects and continually network to ensure we have a ready‑made pipeline of talent. Build, advocate for, and foster diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring the adoption of equitable and inclusive recruitment practices. Do you have what it takes? Proven experience with full life‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing to onboarding. Strong communication, interpersonal skills and persuasion skills that influence all employee groups; ability to clearly frame issues, clarify problems and influence or coach supervision. Ability to showcase and share all of our company benefits and ways of working. Enthusiasm for using data and trends to adjust sourcing strategies and share our recruitment narrative. Thrives in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment that is agile based on market and business needs. Very solid attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication. Compensation The salary for this position ranges from $96,326.00 to $144,488.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks and organizational constraints. What’s in it for you?
