Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide acute care to patients with various medical conditions
• Manage patient assessments and develop care plans
• Administer medications, including Heparin drip titration
• Monitor telemetry in collaboration with remote monitoring department
• Collaborate with medical staff and allied health professionals
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning
• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Active IL RN license or pending application
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• 1+ year of hospital experience preferred
• Experience with telemetry monitoring preferred
