Host/Hostess

Location: Avery Point by Erickson Senior Living Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM. Compensation: $14 - $16/hr, based on experience. Benefits eligible: Health, Dental, Vision, 401k w/company match, etc. Join our team as a Host/Hostess and play a vital role in our restaurant's success. You will collaborate closely with our exceptional team to ensure smooth and efficient operations, supporting both our servers and kitchen staff. Greet residents and guests warmly and welcomingly upon their arrival. Provide the appropriate number of menus when escorting guests to their tables. Communicate effectively with guests, manage crowds, and ensure guests are comfortable while waiting for their table. Answer the phone professionally and follow up on requests. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen. Assist in training the wait staff. What you will need Experience in a kitchen/service environment preferred Ability to safely lift or move with designated equipment, up to 25 pounds Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
