Mutual of Omaha's Workplace Solutions division is seeking an EAP Counselor to work a consistent 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. local schedule, remotely from the United States. You will handle incoming calls from HR partners, employees, spouses, and dependents, providing in-the-moment intake, assessment, and brief, solution-focused counseling with no long-term case management.
