Join our team as a developer implementing ServiceNow for a large federal agency. Work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management suite of applications.Responsibilities include:Responsible for application sustainment support, as well as development of future capabilities and integrations as applicableWork in an Agile mannerWork independently and as part of a teamDevelops the application including configuration, report dashboard development, and data migration, where applicablePerforms custom development as required and 3rd party integrationsCarries out unit testing and defect resolutionCarries out migration of the changes to productionAssists with technical design and documentationCollaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirementsHere's what you need:2 years of experience with ServiceNow development or administration experienceServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or Security+ certificationBonus points if you have:Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) in ServiceNowITSM experienceCustom application development experienceBachelor's degreeSecurity Clearance:An active Top Secret clearance is required and must be willing to obtain SCI and a polygraphThe pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:$104,300 - $149,900 USDEqual Employment Opportunity Statement We believe that no one should be discriminated against because of their differences.
