We're looking for a Water Technician, to join our Baton Rouge, LA team!

Starting pay is $16 per hour with no experience
Opportunity for quarterly bonus
This is a full-time, permanent position that requires after hours and weekend work as needed

The Company: Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) is a leading restoration company along the gulf coast that is known for restoring homes and businesses that have been damaged from traumatic events such as a hurricane, fire, water leak, mold, etc.

We believe in serving out community members by providing property relief during a time when they need it most

The Position: We're looking for an experienced Water Technician to join our team.

Assist project manager on various construction projects
Specialize in water damage from small scale to large scale flooding projects
Learn about different types of drying equipment
General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing
Assist with demolition and reconstruction
Pre and post construction clean-up

What you need to have:

1-3 years experience working Water Mitigation projects preferred
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have own reliable transportation
Must be able to work weekdays, nights, and weekends
Must be on call for any afterhours work that comes in
Hard worker with attention to detail
Relationship building/maintenance skills
Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free
