HVAC Sales Representative

THE INS AND OUTS OF THE ROLE Required Qualifications: 2+ years of proven experience in HVAC or home improvement sales Strong understanding of HVAC systems and energy efficiency Excellent communication and sales skills Valid driver's license and a good driving record Preferred Qualifications: HVAC certification or equivalent technical knowledge College degree in a related field Work Schedule and Location: This full-time position is based in Denver, CO. The role involves both office-based tasks and local travel to customer locations. Flexibility is required, with occasional evening and weekend appointments based on customer availability. A Day in the Life: Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate existing HVAC systems and assess customer needs. Recommend tailored solutions, providing detailed proposals with clear explanations of product features, benefits, and financing options. Collaborate with installation teams to ensure a seamless transition from consultation to project completion. Maintain and grow strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up. Track leads, meet sales goals, and actively contribute to a high-performing team environment.
