Years Required/Preferred Experience 2 Required Skill in analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer systems. 2 Required Ability to write detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer systems. 2 Required Ability to review computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system. 2 Required Skill in solving problems; in scheduling, testing, installing and implementing programs and troubleshooting computer systems.
