Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II to support our client's healthcare facility in Lilburn, GA


Job Details:
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10:00AM-3:00PM
Location: 4158 Stone Mountain Hwy, Lilburn GA 30047
Contract Length: 03+ Months
Pay Range: $19.00 to $22 00/hour*
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.


Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform accurate venipuncture and specimen collection , including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary draws.
• Process and prepare clinical and forensic specimens according to established procedures.
• Verify patient demographics, obtain signatures, and ensure accurate specimen labeling.
• Maintain required records, documentation, and patient confidentiality.
• Provide excellent patient service and create a professional, welcoming environment.
• Work efficiently in a high-volume setting while managing multiple priorities.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Work independently and travel between multiple locations as required.
• Demonstrate strong communication, customer service, organization, and attention to detail.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED - Required
• Medical Assistant or Paramedic training - Preferred
• Phlebotomy Certification - Preferred
  • Required in California, Nevada, and Washington
• 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience required , including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• 2 years of Patient Service Center experience preferred.
• Customer service and keyboard/data-entry experience preferred.
