Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse and Inventory Lead for a direct hire opportunity in San Clemente, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on warehouse, inventory, and logistics professional who enjoys taking ownership of organized, accurate, and efficient operations.

The Warehouse and Inventory Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, vendor coordination, and field logistics support. This position supports multiple business functions, including company inventory, marketing and event materials, equipment, specialty products, demonstration assets, and business-related supplies.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate inventory records for merchandise, apparel, event materials, company assets, specialty products, equipment, and other business inventory.
- Organize and manage warehouse space, storage containers, designated storage areas, and materials to ensure safe, efficient, and accessible operations.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, freight, UPS shipments, carrier pickups, deliveries, packing lists, and related documentation.
- Perform routine inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, monitor inventory levels, and recommend replenishment as needed.
- Support purchasing and vendor activities, including purchase order tracking, vendor communication, order status follow-up, and documentation organization.
- Assist with event logistics, crating, product demonstrations, field support, vehicle loading, deliveries, pickups, setup, teardown, and safe transportation of materials.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $72,000 to $80,000 per year.
- Location: San Clemente, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Lead daily warehouse organization, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination.
- Manage inventory counts, documentation, replenishment support, and discrepancy reconciliation.
- Coordinate vendor communication, purchase order tracking, freight movement, deliveries, and operational support.
- Support field logistics, demonstrations, product handling, vehicle loading, and transportation of materials as needed.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, operations, or related experience preferred.
- Experience maintaining inventory records, conducting inventory counts, and resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Basic proficiency with inventory systems, spreadsheets, shipping documentation, and general business software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required.
- Ability to lift, move, load, unload, and secure materials consistent with business needs.
- Ability to support local and longer-distance driving needs, including deliveries, pickups, demonstrations, and field logistics.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience coordinating freight carriers, UPS shipments, vendor pickups, and multi-location material movement.
- Experience supporting events, product demonstrations, display setups, or field logistics.
- Familiarity with crating, handling, storing, and transporting specialty products, tools, equipment, or demonstration materials.
- Prior experience working independently as the primary warehouse or inventory operations lead.
