As a Product Director inTrust & Security, you will own the product strategy and execution for data modernization within Chase’s Trust & Security data infrastructure. Your scope is the next‑generation modernized platform being built on AWS. You will partner closely with the leaders accountable for current‑state platforms to align roadmaps, manage dependency risk, and ensure safe, controlled cutovers. Job responsibilities Oversees the modernization product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and delivery outcomes for the next‑generation Trust & Security data platform on AWS. Leads the entire product life cycle for modernization initiatives through discovery, planning, execution, and iteration by continuously adapting approach, managing delivery and migration risks, and achieving business outcomes across costs, time‑to‑value, reusability, reliability, and control effectiveness. Owns modernization product performance and is accountable for investing in platform capabilities and enablers required to achieve migration, adoption, and scale targets. Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation. Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and multi‑year roadmap for the modernized T&S Data Platform, including measure adoption and legacy retirement milestones. Acts as the senior product voice on modernization investments, translating architectural operational, and regulatory needs into executive‑ready business cases and sequenced delivery plans. Partners with current‑state platform owners and operations leaders to define modern‑platform readiness requirements, including non‑functional targets, operational controls, and runbook maturity needed for safe migration and scale. Leads delivery of the next‑gen platform build, partnering with Engineering on milestones to replace siloed systems with a centralized, real‑time, governed signal infrastructure. Defines and enforces shared data contracts across the Shared Signal Fabric (schema governance, freshness SLAs, and data quality standards). Drives modernization and adoption, leading legacy‑to‑modern migration (parity, shadow‑runs, decommission criteria) and partnering with Enablement & Migration to onboard consumers and retire legacy dependencies. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications. Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics with demonstrated ability to translate technical constraints into product requirements and measurable outcomes. Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management, particularly in platform modernization contexts. Experience driving change within complex organizations and managing senior stakeholders across multiple functions. Bachelor's degree. Proven ability to lead greenfield modernization initiatives while partnering effectively with BAU owners to manage migration dependency risk, cutover readiness, and business continuity. Deep expertise in modern data architectures (real‑time streaming, lakehouse, data mesh, feature stores) and AWS‑based data ecosystems. Experience building low‑latency, real‑time data platforms for fraud detection or trust & safety in financial services / fintech. Strong knowledge of data governance, model risk management, and regulatory requirements (data quality, lineage, risk aggregation). Track record of leading platform product models and optimizing cloud costs (FinOps, platform‑as‑a‑product, team topology frameworks). Executive‑level stakeholder influence and leadership experience managing senior product managers and cross‑functional teams. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Recognized thought leader within a related field. Advanced degree in a technical field.
