About the Position

# Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Texas**Start Date:** October 26, 2026 **Location:** Conroe, Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Day and night shifts available; 12-hour shifts with every other weekend requirement; 1:4 patient ratio**Highlights:** - Fast-paced Emergency Department with 30 physical beds plus 8 hall beds serving a high-volume patient population- Work with advanced emergency equipment including Baxter IV pumps, GE Monitors, Ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and Belmont Rapid Infusers- Collaborative team environment with 77 staff members and strong interdisciplinary support including CNs, RNs, Paramedics, and LVNs- Perform critical emergency procedures including NIH protocols, moderate sedation, cardiac monitoring, and TNK administration- Meditech EMR system for streamlined documentation and patient care coordination- Multiple positions available for qualified candidates**Requirements:** - Current Texas RN license in good standing- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification required- ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) preferred- Strong skills in IV insertion, blood draws, and emergency patient care- Compassionate, empathetic approach to patient care with excellent teamwork abilities**Why It's a Great Opportunity:** This Emergency Department role offers the chance to work in a well-equipped, high-acuity environment where you'll make a meaningful impact on patients during their most critical moments.
