Aesthetic Registered Nurse

$50/hr base + $5/hr weekend differential · No overnights

Please note this is a brand new location at Bethesda Row that will be opening on July 22nd, so the expected start date will be July 6th!

You'll be the clinical expert patients trust to achieve results they didn't think were possible without surgery — owning every treatment relationship from first consult through long-term results.

Our clinics run at high volume with a team-first culture — RNs here build loyal patient books and have a real voice in how care is delivered.

Your patient's full clinical journey — from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results. You'll build relationships with patients who come back because of you, not just the brand.

Day-to-day: performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments; conducting consultations; designing individualized treatment plans; documenting accurately; and partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to run a seamless clinic floor.

You'll work with a custom EMR built for LaserAway — fully digital and designed to simplify charting so you stay focused on patients, not paperwork. And as we continuously add the latest FDA-cleared technologies to our treatment menu, you'll always be practicing at the forefront of aesthetic medicine.

Track A - Clinical Background

• Current RN license (state-issued)
• 1+ year acute care (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg)
• Eager to build aesthetics skills — full training provided

Track B - Aesthetics Background

• Current RN license (state-issued)
• 2+ years in aesthetics practice
• Looking for structure, volume, and a growth path
• Professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered
• Weekend availability required
• Comfortable in a high-volume clinic environment treating 15-25 patients per day.
• Work at up to 3 assigned locations within a 30 mile radius- North Bethesda

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time hours (approx. 36–40 hrs/week) — estimated $104K–$114K annually at full-time
