Position Available We are currently looking for an Associate Dentist for Saturdays only to become part of our expanding team. Enjoy working with children, who represent over 70% of our patient demographic. Responsibilities As an Associate Dentist, you will deliver dental services to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice is equipped with: DentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex systems Fiber-optic handpieces Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training A support team consisting of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider A patient demographic primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on the location An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors What We Offer A guaranteed base pay of $106.25 per hour with unlimited earning potential No lab fees Full-time providers can access Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA Company-paid Short Term and Long Term Disability, as well as Basic Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Malpractice insurance coverage provided by the organization Paid holidays and time off Reimbursement for Continuing Education Continuing Education opportunities through an ADA Accredited Continuing Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P) Reimbursement for relevant licenses, certifications, and professional memberships such as ADA and/or AAPD Flexible scheduling options to support a healthy work/life balance Visa and Green Card sponsorship available Qualifications We expect you to possess: A DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation A current, valid dental license in the states where you will provide care or eligibility for licensure Additional certifications as required, including CPR and DEA Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults We prioritize teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration.
