Responsibilities Provides support in the following areas: technical, maintenance, new store openings, region communication meetings, and ordering supplies. Handles incoming phone calls; responds to customer complaints; redirects questions/issues to appropriate resource. Interfaces with Payroll Department to ensure employee paperwork is complete and accurate. Processes AS/400 and other reports as assigned. Provides administrative support to Regional Vice Presidents and District Managers. Performs other duties as assigned. Experience Preferred 3 years of related experience. Excellent attention to detail. Planning and exceptional organization skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers. Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Knowledge of AS/400 and 10-key operations.
