Account Acquisition Specialist – Insurance SalesNancy Craney State Farm is looking for a motivated, competitive, and outgoing Account Acquisition Specialist to help grow our agency by connecting with new customers and developing new business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and working toward goals. Insurance experience is helpful but not required—we're willing to train the right person.Responsibilities include:Make outbound calls and follow up with warm leads and prospective customersGenerate new business through proactive outreach and referralsBuild rapport and establish strong customer relationshipsIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coveragePrepare quotes and confidently present coverage optionsFollow up consistently and work toward closing new accountsIdentify cross-selling opportunities for Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Business InsuranceMaintain daily activity and sales goalsProvide a professional and positive customer experienceWhat We're Looking For:Bilingual English/Spanish preferredSales or customer service experience preferred, but not requiredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsConfident making outbound calls and asking for the saleCompetitive, motivated, and goal-orientedCoachable and willing to learnReliable, organized, and consistent with follow-upProperty & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses are a plusWilling to obtain required insurance licensesCompensation & Benefits:$50,000–$65,000 annual compensation$5,000+ monthly earning potentialCommission and performance bonusesIncentive opportunitiesMedical, dental, and retirement plan with employer matchPaid Time OffTraining, coaching, and career developmentOpportunity for advancement within the agencyHybrid OpportunityWhy Nancy Craney State Farm?
