Overview We’re looking for an experienced Confirmation Specialist to join our Call Center. As a Call Center Confirmation Specialist for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you play a key role in managing our appointment schedule for in‑home consultations across all markets. In this role you’ll be in‑bound and outbound calling to confirm details of pre‑scheduled visits for order accuracy and on‑time schedule assurance. Responsibilities Manage appointment calendars. Dispatch and communicate with field representatives. Data entry using multiple platforms. Follow up on canceled and rescheduled leads. Qualifications Call Center experience required. Strong communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Professional demeanor. High school diploma or educational equivalent preferred. Comfortable navigating multiple applications and platforms. Data entry experience 2+ years.
