The Company is in search of a Vice President of Business Development for Heavy Civil Construction. This pivotal role is dedicated to driving growth initiatives and is ideal for a professional with a strong background in business development, particularly within the heavy civil construction, site development, or related markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities, as well as building and maintaining strategic relationships with a diverse range of clients, including general contractors, developers, municipal agencies, and industrial clients. The role is highly autonomous, with a focus on sales and relationship development, and the candidate will be expected to have a proven track record of success in both the public and private construction sectors.
