Restoration Technician - Water & Mold Mitigation

What You’ll Do
As a Restoration Technician , you’ll help customers get back to normal after property damage by performing hands-on restoration and mitigation work.
Daily responsibilities include:
Perform water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and cleanup services
Set up and monitor drying/dehumidification equipment
Inspect and document job progress using company software (DASH)
Communicate clearly with customers and teammates
Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean working condition
Deliver excellent customer service on every project
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of restoration, construction, or related experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and on a team
Professional communication and organization
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
IICRC certifications a plus (we provide training if you’re new to the industry)
