Contract HR Opportunity – Vineland, NJ
Looking for your next HR role where you can make an immediate impact?
We're partnering with a growing organization in Vineland, NJ that's seeking an HR Coordinator for a 6-month contract covering a maternity leave. They're hoping to have someone start ASAP to allow plenty of time for cross-training before the leave begins.
Salary Offer: $25–$30/hour (based on experience)
You'll be involved in:
✅ Recruiting and candidate screening
✅ Scheduling interviews
✅ Onboarding & offboarding employees
✅ Managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
✅ Supporting day-to-day HR operations
✅ Helping create a positive employee experience
Location: Vineland, NJ 08360
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
