Registered Nurse (RN) - Aristos Rehabilitation and Nursing Center Part Time | 6am-2:30pm or 2pm-10:30pm | $38.50/hour We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Aristos Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Cleveland, OH. About the Role: As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Aristos Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will be responsible for delivering individualized care to our patients, from admission to discharge. Your duties will include: Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs , developing and implementing personalized care plans, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes. Administering medications, treatments, and procedures , accurately documenting patient information in our electronic medical records. Providing emotional support and education to patients and their loved ones, promoting a safe and comfortable environment. Participating in quality improvement initiatives , identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance our patient care services. Requirements: Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Ohio 0 years of experience or willingness to learn and grow with our team Ability to work PART_TIME shifts , including days, evenings, and weekends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Basic Life Support (BLS) certification , with willingness to obtain Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification as needed Benefits: Completive Pay $38.50/hour Same Day Pay Holiday Pay Paid Time Off Supportive Team Environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Aristos Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
