Contingent Workforce & Procurement SpecialistRemote / Hybrid (as applicable)We are seeking a Contingent Workforce & Procurement Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of the contingent labor program and procurement activities. This role will manage contractor onboarding/offboarding, supplier coordination, compliance tracking, reporting, and stakeholder support across multiple business units.The ideal candidate will have experience working with contingent workforce programs, staffing vendors, procurement operations, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced corporate environment.Contingent Workforce OperationsManage the full lifecycle of contingent workers, including requisitions, onboarding, extensions, and offboardingPartner with hiring managers to support staffing needs and contractor engagement processesCoordinate with HR, IT, Legal, Procurement, and Information Security teams to ensure compliance and approvals are completedConduct initial screening conversations with candidates before manager reviewMaintain accurate contractor and supplier recordsVendor & Procurement SupportSupport contingent labor supplier management and vendor coordinationTrack contracts, supplier performance, and workforce-related documentationAssist with sourcing activities, supplier evaluations, and procurement initiativesEnsure adherence to procurement policies and vendor engagement processesCompliance & ReportingEnsure onboarding requirements, background checks, and documentation are completed prior to contractor start datesMaintain audit-ready workforce records and compliance documentationSupport workforce reporting, tracking, and data accuracy initiativesEscalate risks or process issues as neededSystems & Process ManagementUtilize Workday for requisitions, onboarding, workforce tracking, and reportingSupport process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and stakeholder experienceRequired Qualifications3–8 years of experience in contingent workforce management, procurement operations, HR operations, or vendor managementExperience working with staffing suppliers or contingent labor programsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with contractor onboarding, compliance, and workforce trackingAbility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsHands-on experience with WorkdayExperience supporting procurement or sourcing operationsFamiliarity with contract tracking and vendor compliance processesKey SkillsContingent Workforce ManagementVendor/Supplier ManagementProcurement OperationsContractor Onboarding & OffboardingWorkdayCompliance & Audit SupportStakeholder ManagementReporting & Process ImprovementEEO: "Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans."
