- Lead and deliver complex ERP projects across multiple business domains from planning through closeout.
- Manage full project lifecycle including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and change control.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource forecasts, and status reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
- Drive change management and adoption activities to ensure successful transition to new systems and processes.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support portfolio planning by mapping resource demand to project timelines and deliverables.
- Prepare executive-level communications including status updates, presentations, and steering committee materials.
- Oversee vendor integration activities and ensure deliverables meet contractual and technical requirements.
- Human Capital Management (HCM) - retiree benefits implementation
- Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) - Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLMS) integration
- Radio billing interface development and integration
- ERP system enhancements, reporting, and data migration initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years managing complex, enterprise-level ERP projects.
- Hands-on experience with one or more ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or PeopleSoft .
- Strong understanding of finance, procurement, supply chain, and HR business processes.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels including executives.
- Experience with system architecture, integrations, and data migration .
- Proficiency in project management methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid .
- Experience with project and portfolio tools such as Microsoft Project; Planview PPM Pro; ServiceNow SPM; Open Workbench .
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
