Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment while handling a variety of administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relations, including communication and follow-up.
• Process and track invoices accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office space.
• Order and manage inventory for uniforms and office supplies.
• Communicate with guests regarding invoices, catering orders, and other inquiries.
• Support the onboarding process for new team members, including paperwork and orientation preparation.
• Assist with document organization, filing, and recordkeeping.
• Prepare end-of-month packages and other administrative reports.
• Provide support for special projects and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and discretion with sensitive information.
