Compensation: $20.00 per hour - paid weekly

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Sewing Machine Operators for a powersports manufacturing company in Thief River Falls, MN. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality components used in recreational vehicles while supporting a fast-paced manufacturing operation. • Operate industrial sewing machines to complete production tasks
• Perform minor machine adjustments and daily preventative maintenance
• Load and handle raw materials required for production processes
• Inspect completed products using visual inspections, tape measures, and gauges
• Monitor material quality and identify defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain production, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards
• Complete additional sewing and production-related duties as assigned

What You Need to Bring to the Sewing Machine Operator Role:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic sewing skills preferred
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment utilizing Thermatron equipment
• Ability to use tape measures and basic quality inspection tools
• Ability to stand, move materials, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Entry-level candidates with basic sewing experience are encouraged to apply
