Project Administrator – Union City, CA HP Communications, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and competent person to fill an immediate full‑time opening at our Bay Area division. Responsibilities This position involves billing and processing paperwork within a construction environment. Requirements 3+ years of office/administrative experience (bookkeeping or accounting preferred). Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat. Proficiency in Google Earth desired. Highly organized, team oriented, self‑disciplined and a quick learner. Comfortable working in an all‑male construction environment. Must possess a college degree (preferred but not required). Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
