Class A Local Truck Driver

Beast Mode Truckin is hiring Class A local truck drivers for a dedicated account serving Sacramento and the Bay Area. Drivers operate refrigerated (reefer) trailers on no‑touch deliveries and are home daily. This role offers steady hours, competitive pay, and full benefits. Compensation and Benefits Compensation: $24.00–$27.50 per hour (based on experience); average weekly earnings approximately $1,400 ($1,300–$1,500). Benefits: Full benefits effective after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off. Orientation: Lathrop, CA. Job Details Home daily; local runs throughout Northern California (Sacramento and Bay Area). No‑touch deliveries; drivers primarily load/unload not required. Equipment: 53' refrigerated (reefer) trailers. Yard duty: 1–2 days per week hosting trailers in the yard. Operations run seven days per week; weekend work is required for most drivers. Minimum Qualifications Minimum age: 21. Valid Class A CDL with at least 6 months of recent, verifiable Class A driving experience. Clean driving record: no major accidents, major citations, license suspensions, or DUI convictions within the past 5 years. No involuntary termination from most recent employment for safety‑related reasons. Criminal history: felony or misdemeanor convictions within the past 5 years will be reviewed for safety considerations. Stable work history: at least 6 months of verifiable work in the last year and at least 1 year in the last 3 years (acceptable gaps for education or training). Must pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens. Residence within 40 miles of Sacramento, CA.
