Interior Designer I (Workplace and Hospitality)

Through collaboration and a deep understanding of user experience, we bring imaginative spaces to life from concept through construction. We are seeking an Interior Designer to join our Minneapolis team and contribute to workplace projects. This role is ideal for a designer who is passionate about design, eager to grow their technical and creative skills, and excited to work within a collaborative, design-driven environment. There will be opportunities to work across multiple markets as projects and interests align. The Interior Designer will support project teams through all phases of design and delivery, assisting with concept development, 3D development and visualization, materiality, documentation, and technical coordination. Working alongside project leaders and multidisciplinary teams, this individual will contribute to creating thoughtful, engaging environments while building a strong foundation in project execution and design excellence.
