Shift: Mid-Shift with rotating weekends

Key Responsibilities- Implementing the nursing process and collaborating with team members to deliver patient care.
- Administering prescribed medications and treatments in line with nursing standards.
- Documenting patient care in accordance with established standards.
- Conducting assessments, planning interventions, and evaluating care.
- Creating and executing personalized patient care plans.
- Engaging in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance.
- Providing clinical expertise and support to other departments.
- Applying critical thinking to enhance patient safety and experience.
- Participating in professional nursing activities and peer review processes.
- Current RN Licensure in Wisconsin.
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS.
- TNCC or TNS certification.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting.
This position involves working in a fast-paced emergency room environment, requiring adaptability and teamwork.
