You'll be the friendly face at the front desk, the organizer behind the scenes, and the go-to support for staff, families, and students. Barnstable Academy is affiliated with Fusion Education Group. What You'll Do: Create a warm, professional first impression and ongoing celebrity experience for all visitors. Keep campus operations running smoothly — including records, student medications, supply orders, & communications. Support events like Graduation, Prom, and Teacher Appreciation Week. Help maintain a safe, organized, and aesthetically inviting campus. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree (required). Experience in administration, education, or customer service. Strong organizational and communication skills.
