Shifts & Pay

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM 2:30 PM, MondayFriday $19/hr
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM 10:30 PM, MondayFriday $20/hr
• 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM, Sunday-Thursday - $21/hr
• Weekend Shift: 2:00 PM 2:30 AM, FridaySaturday, 12:00pm-12:30am Sunday $21/hr

What You'll Do

• Assemble Components Build quick-release couplings with accuracy and consistency
• Operate Tools & Equipment Use hand tools and assembly machinery
• Inspect Products Verify functionality and meet quality standards
• Package completed assemblies for shipment
• Follow standard work instructions and all safety procedures
• Maintain a clean workspace using 5S principles
• Participate in A3 and 3-Legged 5 Why continuous improvement activities
• Achieve 90%+ daily attainment
• Contribute to a positive, safety-focused team environment

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in production, assembly, general labor, or packaging
• Ability to operate machines and perform inspections
• Comfortable using hand tools and assembly equipment
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Additional Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Grantsburg, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
