Job Description

Join a growing manufacturing team in Grantsburg, WI as an Assembly Operator, and earn up to $21.00/hour helping produce high-quality quick-release couplings.

Pay:

Up to $21.00/hour, depending on shift
Weekly pay every Friday

Shifts:

1st shift: Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm
3rd Shift: Monday-Friday 10:30pm-6:30am

What You’ll Do:

Assemble & inspect parts for accuracy
Package and label products for shipment
Operate equipment safely
Support automation & clean room processes
Maintain a clean, safe workspace

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED
Good hand-eye coordination & attention to detail
Able to lift 35-40 lbs. and stand for long periods
Team player with strong communication skills
