Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift: Days
Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Patient Population: Interventional Radiology patients requiring vascular, special procedure, and genitourinary interventions
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Interventional Radiology experience
Certifications Required: BLS, ARRT(R)
Preferred Certifications: ACLS, ARRT(VI)
Required Skills: Interventional Radiology, Special Procedures, Genitourinary Studies/Procedures, sterile field maintenance
Key Skills: Image-guided procedures, sterile technique, procedural assistance, patient monitoring, critical thinking
On-Call: Yes; rotational on-call coverage required
Weekdays: 4:00 PM - 7:00 AM (15 hours)
Weekends/Holidays: Begins at 7:00 AM for 24-hour coverage
Weekend Requirement: Rotational weekend call coverage
Holiday Requirement: Rotational holiday call coverage
Trauma Level: Level III Trauma Center
Charting System: Epic
The department performs Interventional Radiology, Special Procedures, and Genitourinary procedures but does not perform neuro-interventional cases. Facility is a Level III Trauma Center.
Must be able to maintain a sterile field
