International Logistics Coordinator

LHH is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator / International Logistics Specialist to join their team, this is a newly created position driven by increased workload and expanding global operations.



Key Responsibilities

• Manage international import and export operations.
• Coordinate imports from Europe and Asia.
• Oversee exports to Central and South America.
• Prepare and maintain import/export documentation and shipping records.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and trade requirements.
• Coordinate shipments with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and customers.
• Support logistics activities related to silicone liquid manufacturing operations.
• Work closely with Customer Service and Warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and shipment accuracy.
• Monitor transportation schedules and proactively resolve shipping issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with global customers, including key accounts in South Korea and China.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in international logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong import/export experience.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs compliance, and shipping documentation.
• Experience coordinating with overseas suppliers and international customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in manufacturing, chemical manufacturing, or industrial environments is a plus.

Pay/Benefits:

• $50,000 - $60,000/year
• Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, and 401K plan

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
