Travel RN – Cardiac Cath Lab

Location

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Days | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | On-Site

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care within a 2-suite Cardiac Cath Lab operating as part of a 4-person team per patient case
• Perform and assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures including Left Heart Cath, Right Heart Cath, TEEs, Cardioversion, Pacer Implants, Defibrillator Implants, TILT, and Stress Tests
• Utilize Cath Lab equipment including GE, IVUS, and Volcano systems; document using Merge Cath Lab Application and Meditech
• Participate in call rotation: 1 weekend per month and 1–2 days per week call required
• Float as needed to Cath Lab and Outpatient Stress Test areas per unit policy
• Adhere to dress code requirements: solid color scrubs

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Kentucky Radiology Tech licensure required
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab-specific procedural experience
• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab travel experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with GE, IVUS, and Volcano Cath Lab equipment
• Familiarity with Merge Cath Lab Application and Meditech documentation systems
• Experience with both diagnostic and interventional Cath Lab procedures
