Occupational Therapist

Gaylord Specialty Healthcare isseeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient team in North Haven. In this role, you\'ll work directly with patients to evaluate their needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and help them improve their function and independence. What You\'ll Do As an Occupational Therapist, you will: Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs and functional status Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Regularly reassess patients and adjust treatment plans as needed Provide education to patients and their families Progress patients toward goals and outcomes that promote improved independence and self-sufficiency Qualifications Required: Bachelor\'s degree in Occupational Therapy Current Connecticut Occupational Therapy license or eligibility for licensure Preferred: One year of Occupational Therapy experience Schedule Full-Time Monday through Friday Some evening hours may be required Why Gaylord?
