Job Description: Manage jobs according to SERVPRO processes, respond to service calls, coordinate job requirements, complete documentation, supervise production work, and monitor jobs from start to finish. Follow safety procedures and communicate effectively with customers and team members. Responsibilities: Explain processes and answer customer questions Monitor and respond to customer needs and concerns Supervise and communicate expectations to Technicians Perform and oversee production work ensuring quality Identify and address safety hazards Resolve problems promptly Maintain accurate job documentation Control project costs Protect and properly use equipment and materials Maintain vehicles, equipment, and work areas Engage in sales and marketing activities, including add-on sales Qualifications: Effective communication skills Preferred experience in cleaning/restoration High school diploma or GED IICRC certifications preferred Ability to travel locally or out of state as needed Physical and Work Environment Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance Exposure to chemicals Ability to walk, stand, drive, sit, climb, and work at heights Work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces Repetitive physical tasks All employees are hired by and under the supervision of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO Franchise.
