Oil And Gas Production Operations MonitorResponsible for remotely monitoring and supporting oil and gas production operations from a centralized control room. This position monitors field equipment, production conditions, alarms, and operating parameters through SCADA and other control systems to help maintain safe, reliable, and efficient operations.ResponsibilitiesFollowing through on commitments, sharing openly & accurately, leaving it better than found, leaning into challenges, bolstering support or coworkers, considering implications, offering solutions, stepping up and leading, never settling for good enough, and embracing new opportunitiesSafe and consistent, 12-hour shift operations of all Onshore central facilities and well assets, including downstream pressuresControls and monitors all facility activities and communicates / dispatches urgent matters as needed.Main point of contact between field personnel, management, safety, environmental, first responders, and engineering; ensuring safe, uninterrupted, and optimized business operations.Production performance metric monitoring & live production process optimizationReal-time monitoring & dispatch of appropriate responses to field alarms while effectively evaluating & analyzing the root cause. Will require both remote capabilities and coordination of field employees to achieveCoordinates responses for the Field Operations execution team, responding to inquiries, field support requirements, safety, and production upsetsAnalyzes, interprets, and validates production variance report (PVR) of field data including downtime coding, flare venting, and fluid inventoriesMaintains an intricate online production databaseBuilds collaborative relationships and actively engages with internal stakeholders, including Production Accounting, Engineering, Marketing and HSSE, for the purpose of analyzing daily/weekly outputs against set metricsPriority based production model function and decision-making skillsQualificationsPrevious oil & gas production, lease operations, control room, or ROC experience required.Experience with SCADA, HMI, or production monitoring systems.Understanding of oil & gas production equipment such as separators, compressors, pumps, tanks, valves, and wellheads.Ability to interpret alarms and production data and recognize abnormal operating conditions.Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.Must meet conditional job offer requirements.
