About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of all accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and core financial processes. This includes leading the monthly close process, managing cash flow forecasting, and supporting strategic financial planning. The Head of Finance will also ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial visibility, and drive process improvements and system efficiencies. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA preferred and an MBA a plus. A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in accounting and finance is required, with a strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. Technical skills in ERP and financial systems, particularly with tools such as D365, and advanced Excel skills are essential. The role demands a professional with strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities, as well as excellent communication skills. Experience in tax credits and incentives, project or capital accounting, and multi-entity or international exposure is also preferred.
