Billing Specialist
Location: Andover, MA
Hours: Mon-Fri 8:15am – 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $23/hour

Role Description

• Process and post insurance payments.
• Handle refunds, returned payments, and payment plans.
• Review and fix billing/payment errors.
• Process policy and billing changes.
• Answer billing questions by phone and email.
• Contact agents/customers to verify information.
• Maintain accurate payment and policy records.
• Work in multiple computer systems to research transactions.
• Assist with basic accounting tasks as needed .

Qualifications

• Billing or Accounts Receivable experience required.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Insurance/property insurance knowledge preferred.
• Banking experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with numbers, payments, and data entry.
• Strong computer skills.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
