Maintenance Manager
Judge Direct Placement
JDP is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Orangeburg, NY area! The candidate will be responsible to work with multiple departments including Operations, Supply Chain & Quality to develop and execute maintenance strategy, plans, and projects.
Responsibilities
- :Partner with Operations to determine software utilization and methods for effectiveness
- .Ensure equipment, facilities, utilities, and grounds are operating efficiently and safely
- .Oversee the development, revision, review and approval of all maintenance work instructions and operations procedures
- .Develop, set, track and report on maintenance CMMS Software and Metrics and analyze performance as means to drive improvement
- .Perform root cause analysis
- .Utilize new technology, equipment, and lean manufacturing principles
- .Manage maintenance spending/yearly budget

Requirement
- s:Bachelor's degree preferr
- ed7+years maintenance experience in manufacturing environme
- ntBilingual (English/Spanish) preferr
