CHIEF Innovation Officer

To reimagine eye care and eyewear delivery, the full-time remote Innovation Principal will design and lead impactful projects, evaluate technologies, and present findings to stakeholders while maintaining cross-functional relationships. Key responsibilities: Design and lead projects that explore and scale concepts with clear business impact Monitor assigned domain areas to build understanding of their potential and impact on the business Develop and pitch new project ideas and present findings to all levels of the enterprise Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred Minimum 6 years of experience in Innovation, Emerging Technology, Research & Development, or Product Design Industry experience in healthcare, manufacturing, retail, or technology is preferred Deep expertise in a relevant subject matter domain with a broad understanding of adjacent spaces Experience in creative problem solving and moving projects forward despite uncertainty
