Human Resources Field CoordinatorMoss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor in the United States, is seeking a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support our utility-scale solar project in Wheatley, AR. This role serves as a key partner to field leadership and hourly team members, helping ensure a positive employee experience while supporting critical HR and administrative functions on-site.Schedule: 7:00 AM start time to align with field operations.What You'll DoServe as the primary HR and administrative resource for assigned project sitesSupport field leadership with day-to-day workforce and personnel needsProcess and audit employee timekeeping to ensure payroll accuracyCoordinate onboarding activities, including pre-employment requirements and new hire readinessProcess employee transfers, promotions, pay changes, and offboarding activitiesAssist with employee relations matters and escalate concerns when appropriateSupport recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews and building local talent pipelinesMaintain accurate employee records and HR reportingAssist with compliance initiatives, audits, apprenticeship programs, and special projectsSupport DOT and workforce development programs as neededWhat We're Looking For1-2 years of administrative, HR, payroll, or workforce coordination experience preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and follow-up skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and ExcelAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalismBilingual Spanish and/or Creole is a plusConstruction industry experience is preferred but not requiredWhy Moss?This position offers a unique opportunity to combine HR, workforce operations, recruiting, and employee support in a dynamic construction environment.
