If so, Miracle Man Plumbing is looking for a revenue-minded, sales-driven Residential Plumbing Professional who knows how to turn service calls into opportunity.

This is NOT your typical plumbing technician role.

We are specifically seeking someone who:

• Loves the sales side of plumbing
• Is confident running estimates and presenting solutions
• Enjoys educating homeowners and closing work
• Wants their earning potential tied directly to performance
• Understands that strong communication and trust-building create bigger opportunities
• Prefers revenue generation over constant physical labor

You'll mainly focus on:

• Diagnosing plumbing issues
• Presenting repair/replacement options
• Closing work
• Driving revenue
• Building customer relationships

While you may occasionally complete smaller jobs onsite, the priority for this position is sales performance and revenue production.

What's In It for You
Compensation & Earning Potential

• $30/hr during 30-day probation
• $35/hr after probation
• Clear path to $40+/hr based on performance and revenue production

Strong Commission & Bonus Opportunities

• 10% commission on weekly revenue above $8,000
• Upsell and performance bonuses
• Water-damage referral bonuses:
  • $500 (insurance claim)
  • $250 (out-of-pocket)
• Weekend/callout differentials

What You'll Actually Be Doing

This role is centered around:

• Running residential service calls
• Diagnosing plumbing issues
• Presenting homeowners with repair and replacement options
• Building trust quickly
• Closing profitable work confidently and ethically
• Maximizing ticket value through solution-based recommendations

You'll occasionally perform smaller plumbing jobs onsite, but this is primarily a:
SALES + CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP + REVENUE ROLE

Typical opportunities include:

• Water heaters
• Tankless systems
• Water filtration systems
• Repipes
• Drain solutions
• Plumbing repairs
• Preventative recommendations
• Upgrade opportunities

You must be comfortable:

• Talking money with homeowners
• Presenting multiple options
• Handling objections professionally
• Asking for the sale
• Driving revenue targets consistently

Ideal Background

We are NOT necessarily looking for the strongest installer.

We ARE looking for someone who:

• 4+ years sales experience.(Salesperon at heart.)
• Has 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Understands residential service work
• Is personable and confident with homeowners
• Enjoys selling solutions
• Communicates exceptionally well
• Has a strong revenue mindset
• Wants their income tied to performance
• Is coachable and growth-oriented
• Can work independently
• Knows how to leverage a CRM for sales and follow ups (Service Titan experience is a BIG PLUS.)

Day-to-Day

• Start from home in your company van
• Review schedule with dispatch
• Diagnose issues and educate homeowners
• Present options and close work
• Occasionally complete smaller repairs onsite
• Document jobs and request customer reviews
• Move efficiently to the next opportunity
