Join Our Caring CommunityConviva is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist who is interested in growing with the company and being a part of something great!The Receptionist receives and correctly routes incoming and outgoing telephone calls and accommodates visitors so that all callers/visitors are attended to promptly, courteously, and accurately. The Receptionist performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments.You will report onsite to the Clinic Administrator at the Conviva Care Center located at 18414 US Hwy 281 N, Suite 104, San Antonio, TX 78259.Use Your Skills to Make an ImpactRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED1 year or more of experience working in a Healthcare setting preferred, but will consider candidates with a strong Customer Service background in Retail Hospitality, Call Centers, etc.Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)Preferred Qualifications:Value-based care model experienceKnowledge of Medical TerminologyExperience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records)Bilingual in English and SpanishAdditional Information:If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.Please be aware that applicants may be asked to provide their Social Security Number, if it is not already on file.Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay Range$38,000 - $45,800 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
