CGI Federal has an exciting opportunity for a Momentum Business Analyst II within our Intel sector, advancing the national security mission through innovative financial technology solutions. As a mid level Momentum Functional Analyst, you bridge the gap between end users and financial systems. You will provide functional support, investigate and resolve system issues, maintain documentation, and support financial reporting and accounting processes within the Momentum Financials platform.

This position is located in Arlington, VA.

Your future duties and responsibilities
. Provide comprehensive end user support for functional matters related to Momentum Financials and associated financial processes
. Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimization. 
. Prepare and maintain functional specification documentation and assist with application testing procedures
. Receive, investigate, troubleshoot, and effectively resolve user inquiries, incidents, and system issues
. Monitor and manage complex issues through to resolution
. Work with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
. Active TS SCI clearance with polygraph
. 4+ years of experience with Momentum ERP and financial accounting.
. Ability to work onsite 100% of the time
Desired qualifications/non essential skills required:
. Experience with cloud accounting systems and application testing 
. Proficient in business intelligence reporting tools and financial dashboard management
. Possesses DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (such as Security+, SSCP, or CCNA Security)
. Experienced in supporting financial close procedures and period end processing
. Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering
. Exhibits meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high quality work products
. Capable of working independently while providing valuable contributions within a collaborative team environment

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 $172,400.00.
